Revisiting the 2020 Paralympics with Jessi Heims

Hello APE podcast listeners and welcome to another episode/post on the What's New in APE platform! For this episode, I was able to bring back 2x Paralympian Jessica Heims to talk about here recent experiences with competing in the 2020 Paralympics and navigating COVID.

Jessica is a 2x Paralympian for the USA Track and Field team and a professional sprinter and discus thrower. She is also a recent graduate from the University of Northern Iowa, where she competed on the University's track and field team as a discus thrower and sprinter. Furthermore, Jessica recently broke two world records in discus throwing.
